There's usually one (maybe two) great tea houses in larger cities. The type of place that serves loose leaf teas in a pot, sometimes steaming the tea leaves prior to steeping, almost always favoring tea over coffee -- most often these joints don't even serve coffee. Loose Leaf Teas

Thank you for posting this! A friend of mine recently turned me on to loose leaf teas rather than the silly bags I was using before. Now we go hunting for that next great tea house in the city as our girl’s night out! Great post.
