Just an essential list

I’ve compiled this list for review for travelers who like to be able to enjoy a meal with it’s original taste.

Partial laws...

These only have restaurants and don’t have bars.

Whether that includes all café’s or not I’m not sure…

Arkansas – restaurants and workplaces
Florida – restaurants and workplaces
Georgia – restaurants
Idaho – restaurants
Louisiana – restaurants and workplaces
Nevada – restaurants and workplaces
Tennessee – restaurants and workplaces

In Australia the federal government has only set partial laws, leaving it to the separate states to ban it. In effect though, smoking is banned in all enclosed spaces in Australia, including restaurants and bars

The federal government of Argentina has proposed a project (and laws) to ban smoking in all public and enclosed spaces. The narcotics manufacturers have tried to thwart this process and I don’t know about how well it goes (since I can’t read Spanish). However I do know that many states and local governments have enacted the laws.

Getting info on Albania, Boznia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Montenegro and others has been difficult because of the language barrier.
