Worth visiting!

Why I recommend this place to locals

The park is highly recommended because aside from the expressive karsts and green vegetation that you can find here, friendly monkeys are also a good escape from that feeling of being decadent from the trek.

They were playful and they also enjoyed being fed, too!

I love those monkeys...

The monkeys are so cute. I would love to feed a monkey like that. I notice there is a tiny baby monkey in the back next to his mother maybe :-)

I began to love them too..

Yup and here’s a baby monkey seeking warmth from her mom.

You’ll enjoy feeding them Sissy as they are really friendly. But at first, I was a bit scared and surprised because the monkey I was about to feed grabbed some peanuts from my hands. After a few moments, I began to like the activity.

awww, I love that baby monkey!

Yeah, that is such a cute picture. I do love them. I’m going to have to show this to Mark as he loves animals as much as I do.

Thanks for posting it!

Sissy

Thanks for liking the pic..

I do realize the cuteness of those monkeys just now. While we were at the site, I haven’t really appreciated them which is a shame. Thanks for making me love them, too Sissy! Surely, in the Philippines we’ll visit more zoos than ever.

Sure, pls. show this to your dear hubby. More pics on my flickr site. Pls. enjoy watching..

That is how I hold Mark sometimes ;-) Very, very closely! I just can’t wait to cuddle him again on August 7th!

Mark and I both love animals so much. Thank you for this beautiful photo!

you know what...

thinking like a monkey. I bet they know that they are looking so cute! I bet they know they’ll get the most nuts that way!! I mean people probably try to feed the little babies the most LOL.

If I were a mother monkey I would have my baby close and I would look so cute too… to try and get more food :-P

Cheers,
Sissy

haha I like your..

analysis, perhaps, it’s true that they cuddle the babies to get more food or nuts…

When we got there, I noticed that mom was breastfeeding her baby, that’s one reason why the baby’s soo attached to her..they are a cute bunch really! Very heartwarming sight too..

awwwwww,

Yes, it is very heartwarming to see a mother breastfeeding her baby, human and animal alike. There really isn’t a more lovely, nurturing, bonding action between mother and baby. I would have loved to see that! It would make my heart melt.

oh, I have never...

I have never pet a monkey. I would love to. I’m not sure if it’s safe… maybe in some places. When I was a girl my father took me to a zoo and the monkeys were not tame or allowed to be close to people at all. They were really bad… they were masturbating in front of me!!! LOL, my Dad laughed at them. So, I guess I used to think monkeys were a bit gross.

they are safe and harmless

you should try Sissy abut you must have Mark with you so when you get scared, you’ll get a hug from him..

Speaking of monkeys, we have the tiniest monkey ever in the Philippines, they call it the “tarsier”..one day I will visit Bohol and have a look..

Hope you can visit the Philippines, too Sissy.

thanks....

Yeah, I definitely will have to try petting a monkey, someplace outside of NY of course LOL.

I’m sure Mark and I will make it over someday in our travels.

Cheers,
Sissy
