I live in Richmond.. Ive lived out here ALL my life. i’m 17 now. When i tell you that if i won the lottery the first thing i would do is move away.. man.. The violence is horrible. last year the killing rating beat Compton.. Rapings. stealing. its not a good place to do anything you trying to do.
its sorta okay for tourists, but its not a safe place to live.
