Worth visiting!
right now there is an exhibit of Johsel Namkung’s photography up. his work is some of the most interesting large scale photography i’ve ever viewed. the composition and colors are mesmerizing. i highly recommend catching this exhibit. it will be up until oct. 15.

I thought the photos were amazing. Some seemed almost like paintings because of the dense, natural textures of his compositions. I also liked the fact that he doesn’t crop photos but essentially does all the cropping before he actually shoots the photo by position the camera just as he wants the shot to appear. Great stuff—and lots of great Northwest landscape photos.
