I have been a hugh fan of Spongebob Squarepants. I even went to see the movie with my niece. I love the opening part when they sign the Spongebob Squarepants song with all the pirates traveling in the pirate ship and end up at the movie theatre. It’s sort of like a cross between the Simpson’s and the Mother Goose and Grimm. Spongebob’s pet snail, is he a dog or a cat? ; and what about the hillbilly squirrel, how long can she hold her breath with that goldfish bowel on her head?

But, what I don’t understand was the reference with Patrick and the crossdressing, (not that there is anything wrong with that.) in the full length movie?

That Spongebob is my 6 yr old niece and 4 yr old nephew’s fav cartoon show too..I know about this character through them actually :)

Whose yellow and square and porous as he…chorus; (I don’t remember anymore.)

Let’s see if I can remember their names, it’s been a long time since I watched that show…

Spongebob Squarepants, main character with howdy doody face.
Squidward Tentacles, squid who works with Spongebob at the Crabby Patty and always complaining about everything
Patrick Star, Spongebob’s starfish friend who lives under a rock and not too bright.
Sandy Cheeks, the squirrel with the fishbowl on her head, where is the airline so she can breath? Knows martial arts and mean when she hibernates and gets woken up.
Mr Crabs, owner of restaurant
Gary, the snail, dog, cat pet of Spongebob, why doesn’t he talk?, all he says is Meow!

That’s the naughty one with the yellow, squarish and porous face :)

I don’t remember the rest of the characters’ names either, I think both my niece & nephew can do a better job than me :D

Now that you mentioned this, I seem to recall all the characters again..the Squid, Sandy Cheeks, Mr. Crab quite well, and the mischievous things that happened in the restaurant before :P

Sandy can breathe because she’s wearing a freaking space-suit, duh! :P

Gary says “meow” therefore he’s a cat. When spongebob gets a pet worm, the worm barks, so worms are dogs.

Why doesn’t gary talk? Um, maybe because he’s a PET?

I mean, really! If the snail could talk, the show would be completely unrealistic!

Yes. The show where they have fires, electricity, boats, and swimming pools underwater, and a whale is the daughter of a crab, would be totally unrealistic if it had a talking snail.
