in those areas they don’t speak English

actually it is spelled as SU not SUE, just a tip before going on a tour or a trip to turkey… try to buy a brochure about the most commonly used words and the ones you think you will need since only few speak english, the people are quite friendly and hospitable just let them understand what you need so learning few turkish words would not harm, i guess…
