Worth visiting!
Why I recommend this place to visitors
The Liberace Museum reminds me of all those small town museums, it just happens that the local-boy-done-good is addicted to rhinestones and chandeliers. This isn’t a slick museum, but the handful of his costumes, cars and pianos that they have on display is worth seeing. The volunteers are diehards and can tell you quite a bit about the pieces if you get them started. The piano collection is actually interesting on its own - he collected old and odd pianos, including one that has a harp rising out of it. All of the proceeds go to art scholarships awarded by the charity that he founded. The cafe is also cheap and good - my cookie was only a buck!
