Having spent my developmental years there, living in a luxury penthouse in Market Street, I certainly agree. I moved to Birmingham on my return to the UK but have visited many times since. I miss the old familiar haunts of my childhood in Hale and my youth spent in Altrincham.

It is very green with numerous nearby beauty spots such as Dunham Parks (1 & 2), the River Bollin, Bollington and Rostherne Mere.
