Going up, I must have sworn more than I ever have in my life. And with good reason. You know how in tropical countries, it always rains in the afternoon, regardless of the season? Well, I got caught in the rain. And my ‘raincoat’ wasn’t waterproof. And then, after it rained, we reached the little lodge, about 3km from the summit, where it was absolutely freezing. Hey, it was hell that time I did it, but I’d most definitely go back and do it again!
