You have to be from hammond to love it…..you cant just pass by, or stop driving through, because all you will see is the pollution, closed factories,or even the crime. Being from hammond/hessville….it will always be part of me, from summers at hessville park, to putting soap in the fountain!!! Once from Hammond…....always from Hammond.
