It was the first time the country music awards were held outside of tennessee!!!! It was great! I was a seatfiller. I sat three rows from the stage from the beginning of the show to the end because no one ever came to claim the seats!

I sat behind Leanne Rimes (well behind her hubby, diagonal from her). I sat three seats away from Miranda Lambert and spoke to her briefly and had a conversation with her AWESOME brother! In front of her was Keith Urban! In the first row, two seats from Leanne Rimes was Shania Twain. Olivia Newton-John was talking to Miranda Lambert! I was like 4-5 seats away from Bon Jovi!! It was awesome! I also got to see many people perform and present awards! People such as Sugarland, Faith Hill, Reese Witherspoon, Rascal Flatts, Elton John, Dolly Parton, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, etc. It was great! I also made a great friend!! Her name’s Mechel and she’s great!
