This park is one of my favorite places to eat lunch in the warm months. Grab something from a deli and hang out. They have cafe tables and chairs all around the park, and the tall trees really keep the city at bay. They do a really good job keeping the lawn in good shape—it gets replaced whole hog several times a year—and you can actually walk on the grass barefoot here without worring about who left what there when.
