The Reagan Years, until 2000 or so, was a regular hang-out for those with an addiction to classic 80s coin op stand-up video games, with a looping TV screen of 80s videos playing above.

I heard it recently closed down in hopes of being reincorporated into a new place called the Slidebar Cafe, although details are vague as to whether the place will re-open, and if so, whether the Reagan Years name will remain.

However, I did want to create this entry specifically so people can be aware of what’s going on, and could possibly report on the latest progress:
