I went to Auroville in Dec 2005, not the first time i’ve been there but def got more perspective this time.
If I had to describe Auroville in one line, self sustained, peaceful, almost serene…equally reflected in its residents.

Everyone is welcome here, I was amazed to see that folks from all continents calling this palce their home, coexisting in harmony with nature.

Trivia: Auroville was founded on a barren stretch of land almost 60 years ago..by a determined set of people who vowed to convert this place. and they did.. Auroville is lush green now..
