University of Barcelona. I studied there for 9 months. Sure, the Catalans have their ways, but they’ll speak Spanish, oh, I mean, castellano!

do you happen to know if the university of barcelona accepts foreign students and gives out courses in english for an undegraduate degree (BA) ?

Sure, you could major in English over there. You could make a living just teaching English doing the “intercambio.”
They may be behind the times as far as technology goes, but try looking it up on the internet and see what the university has to offer. When I was there, the language park of the university was right next to the mathematics department—it was a wonderful place and probably still is. Here’s a shot of the language school—buenas suerte!
