Holy crap I love their Pho.

I do wish they offered more vegetarian or seafood choices since my darling love can’t have anything other than the one veggie option they have as opposed to the 14 combinations of meat and meat by-products they offer. Mmm, tripe, where’ve you been all my life?

Their cream puffs are of course well noted elsewhere as the greatest follow-up to Pho.

Now, if only they didn’t insist on the horrid local tradition of closing around 9pm… sigh, Capitol Hill, sometimes you’re so damn provincial.
