i am greek cypriot and is nice to be ther they take the half of my country is not the pepole who taket is the armey however is onther story i had been ther wth my UN passport JUST I GO THER TO SEE AGIASOFIA THE most famos church whn they extort and they maket mosque but that is military and that military is who take the best think in my country i had been ther and my haert is still bin what i can say how was agiyasofia pefor and how is now i never see how it was but i see 1000 of photo for how was this chrisian place pefor the turkish taket however i go evry wher i like the pepole ther i like the country ther and ther is miny place nice to go but the politcal is make evry think ther i cant say time only can say and the day is very soon whn the pepole in turkey is will make the military from up to down go to jail and they will smell what is the maen of free and peace

I wish all the Greeks and Turks could think the way you do. But it has been a great time since a peace-minded leader existed on both sides. Politicians and the army have created a hostile environment that most people seem to go along with…
I just hope one day the money the 2 countries spend on weapons and military expansions use them to improve their education system and build a strong friendly community spirit among the people of Greece, Cyprus and Turkey…

Remembering history

Good old dilemma .. Constantinople or Istanbul.. Greeks or Turks.. Gents, before blaiming Turks about getting half of your country (?), pls read a bit more about Crusades time.. Old Byzantium had the worse time during Crusaders.. Thx to Ottomans , they brought peace and freedom .. Istanbul, I am a native Istanbul citizen and my family lives here from centuries.. Istanbul is the most beautiful city and definitely worth to visit..
