Mr. Spils has a wonderful house and he is a fine host. The facilities were clean and the glass of water he offered was a fine vintage. He has an amazing music room with various instruments lying around and he has great stories about the famous people who have stayed there. I loved the ample parking (Mr. Spils does not have a car) and he validates for guests. His coffee table had books covering a wide range of notable topics like: cooking and Motley Crue.

Not to be missed is the street light just outside that turns on and off in a completely random fashion…a feature like that adds real value to the property.
