I was thinking
theme park, because of all the tourists being carted around in their hermetically sealed a/c busses to Legong dances and such.
Bali itself is quite different. I always imagine heaven, if there is such a place, to be just like central Bali at dusk: duck shepards waddling home after their charges to a big bowl of Nasi Campur, a kretek and an arak/kopi at the local warung.
