I have been to Bolivia, and we landet in El Alto, La Paz, 4000 meter above sealevel. A tip for you, buy some dried coca leeves and chew them good,svallow the juice and you will instantly feel better from high sickness, which can be stomacpain, headpain etc… I helped me a lot, is a wholy herb grown by the indians for century, they use it for many things, also against thirst and hunger.
