I grew up in Wiltshire by James Glover

Nice place, especially in the North when you have easy access into Gloustershire and thus to the Cotswolds, and yet can still get to Sailsbury etc.

Although Wiltshire does have a fair share of villages it would be inacurate to think of it as a highly rural place, as many of said villages are full of commuters.

Well the stones are for one, although largely arround the Avebury area, which was a little way away from me. IN some ways the more interesting formations aren’t those like stonehenge, which are easy to see from the ground, but those which stretch for large distances.

Crop circles are reasonably common, although the ones I’ve seen have been fairly basic.

As to UFOs and ghosts? Well personaly I haven’t seen anything, although having said that I haven’t been anywhere that has been reputed to be haunted.I’m also sceptical with regard to big cats.
