Was in Silver Spring, MD back in the day so I know it’s changed since then but… I know that Maryland if off the chain when it needs to be. Went to the GO-GO a few times to see Chuck Brown and the Soul Searchers at the Black Hole on Georgia Ave. I’ll go back one day and kick it there too.
