Obviously you didn’t look hard enough. Also, you will find many festivals in the spring/summer and fall. Winter slows down a bit due to the heavy winters but there are many cultural events to attend – symphony, opera, chorale, plays, concerts, etc. AS with any destination, especially smaller ones, you need to plan ahead to make the most of it.
