There is good parking in Valencia or Bilbao. From there you can take a shuttle.

That’s impossible, Toledo is only 1-2 hours away from Madrid, you can’t go park in Valencia or Bilbao.

Anyways, I am not really sure where do cars park because I went with a tour bus but it is a normal thing to drive from Madrid. You can even ask you hotel clerk when you get there.
