I live in Finsbury Park and it rocks – good, semi-secret pubs, 24 hour booze and independent supermarkets, and dirt cheap rent (and, yeah, dirt, but hey, it’s London).

I live here na d it’s great for the reasons you mention. Also we have two tube lines and a bus station, so great for getting around. And only two stops from Kings Cross – great for when they complete the new Euro Star terminal.
