Can't wait...

Flights, hotel and car hire are booked – we’re going to Dublin for a long weekend in April to celebrate our anniversary.

Enjoy your stay…...and hope that the weather will be clement for you!
Remember to visit the Guinness Hop Store and Museum, Trinity College to see the Book of Kells and take a trip out to Dalkey and Killiney and also to Howth and Malahide…well worth visiting!
Visit Dublin Castle, and enjoy the ‘craic’ (irish for fun not the drug!) in our pubs. O’Sheas pub on the Quays has often got irish dancing…so check out!
don’t drive in the inner city as the traffic is chaotic…take the bus top tour instead, but drive to Dalkey and Killiney (N11) via Dun Laoire and Blackrock…the roads are very narrow in Dalkey…so beware! and take the Dart (train) to Malahide and Howth and then a bus to the Summit of Howth!

Thank you for the recommendations – I’m sure they’ll come in very handy indeed!

I’ll certainly do that. I’ve made a note in my diary, so I don’t forget.
