Well…there isn’t much to do in Whiteater! It’s a cute little town but not much going on. There is the great University of Wi ~ Whitewater there which I attended. Good frat/sorority parties!

I’m intrested in posibly going to there for college. How are the professors? Other people who go there? What does the college teach? Do you know what the dorms are like? How much for a dorm? How much is it to go there per year?? Sorry for all the questions!

The school is pretty good – good for Business, Teaching and Social Work. The Professors seemed understanding and I only found 1 I didn’t care for – they all had open office hours and most gave out their home phone in case you needed to realy them. I think it’s like $10,000 – $15,000 / year for in state tuition & room/board combined. They also have text book rental which is a MAJORBONUS! The other school I went to didn’t have that and I think for 1 semester I paid out $450 in book and only got back $175 – so that is what I LOVED about Whitewater!

The dorms were nice – in my 1st year – 1st semester I lived in Wells , and I HATED it. Not only was it a pain in the ass to move all my stuff up 7 flights of stairs (b/c the elevators were full) no one was friendly. So I moved in with my friend 1/2 way through that semester to Bigelow which was an all Freshman dorm and loved it. It was on the complete opposite side of campus in what they call “the 6 pack” – close little community. My 2nd year there I lived in Arey which has been my favorite dorm yet – also in the 6 pack.

I have a lot of grips about Whitewater but I also liked it a lot – it’s a good school and has a good reputation (well…besides partying and a few fraternities).

If you have any more questions feel free to ask!

this is probably a dumb thing to ask, but is it true about that specific library book being locked up in the school library over there?

i dont know why i have so much interest in knowing why, but i just do.

Great School, I think tuition w/ dorm n food n misc. is about 6 grand per semester. The town seems somewhat lame at first, but once you dive in, it can present some pretty amazing escapades!!! Don’t listen to nachtheimmel!! the frats here are pretty lame, thats probably why she didn’t enjoy herself! WW is known for Accounting, Management Computer Systems, well, the whole business school in general! Theres also pretty decent Art, Letters & Science, and Teacher School!! I just love the location cause im so close to Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, Rockford, Janesville, n shootin up north only takes a few hours!!!
