Oregon is a wonderful place to retire or raise kids. We have no serious natural disasters, minor flooding and earthquakes, no serious tsunamis, snowstorms (unless you were to live in the mountain ranges) earthquakes, droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes, and we have few deadly wild animals roaming around, and in a town like Keizer you have more cops then you have criminals practically. Thats where I grew up.
