Real flavour.
I went to Faro for a conference. I particularly enjoyed the food (grilled sardines, yum) and learning about cork production in the Algarve.

A while ago
I was in Faro in September 2002, for about a week. I saw a very small bit of the university; the first reception was there. They gave us cataplana, yum!
