I’ve been to Poland once but I didn’t see too much of the country. What I saw I liked very much though. My cousin that lives in Poland told me how nice Zakopae is. I hope to return so I can see it for myself.

Now that is obscure…is that where your cousin is living?
Sounds interesting – I grew up on a block (row homes) in Philadelphia where all but three families were Polish, some were mixed Polish/Lithuanian (then there was us, mongrels!) It was great fun having block parties and being “raised” by that “village.” Terrific neighbors!
Are you doing OK in the floods up there in New England?

My cousin lives in Warsaw but I have other relatives that live near Tarnow. I grew up in a town that was probably 50% Polish. There still are “Polish picnics” there in the summer.
The floods aren’t close to me. I live in central Mass and most of the flooding is in northeastern Mass and Southern NH and Maine.
