I saw the movie when i was in my 20’s. An ex recommended it and i loved it. I’m sure the book is better, which always seems to be the case. For years I tried to build my own “secret garden” but the swimming pool and neighbors kinda took the secret feeling out of the garden.
If you havent seen the movie try to. I thought it was very beautiful and inspiring and i just adore the little girl in the movie.
This is def. on my reading list though along with Charlotte Sometimes and The Princess and the Pea :)
