This is a must if you’re passing through the Glenwood Canyon. It’s a 1.2 mile hike up steep, rocky terrain. Hanging lake is beautiful. In the summer it’s lush and blue and absolutely gorgeous. In the winter the falls freeze and it’s like winter wonderland! It’s a good hike for people of all ages. If you have knee or back problems, I would be careful. Everyone goes at their own pace so don’t feel bad if you need to go slow. No dogs allowed! No swimming either but just looking at it is worth it.
