Really nice city and quite compact, so it is very easy to see everything. The Hotel Indigo on 9th Ave is where I stayed – highly recommended,e specially in the summer, they have a rooftop terrace where you get stunning views of the city…I would have loved to see a Padres baseball match and will def do that next time. Other highlights: Segway tour around town and Coronado island – HIGHLYRECOMMENDED! Also the Little Italy market and the restaurants around there – v special and laid back
