It’s the 21st century and it’s a supposedly developed country in the northern hemisphere which suffers from some rather cold and inconsistent weather..

I’m sure they can more than meet their Europe 2020 environmental goals if they’d just learn how to insulate houses!

They could even keep their foot-warmers, bed-warmers and tea though the houses would start to become warm and tempered!
