Not going back anytime soon

I love skiing in Salt Lake City, but Deer Valley Resort was one of my worst experiences skiing ever. The lines were long, and the resort layout was that you needed to take 2 different lifts (and lines) to get out of the Base/Mid Mountain area. People were rude and cutting in lines too and no resort personnel were around to stop them.

But the real worst experience was that my son was hit by an out of control snowboarder and he needed 6 stitches for his cut. Again, ski patrol didn’t respond for nearly 30 minutes and meanwhile other out of control snowboarders nearly ran into us as well despite that were several other people that stayed with us after seeing what happened to my son (he was only 9). Like I said, I am not going back here, and your children will likely be injured if you ski/board here.
