The garden itself is a series of wind vanes and organ pipes that play a music of sorts when the wind is blowing. The piece was designed by Doug Hollis, inspired the name of a band , and sits on the grounds of NOAA’s installation in Seattle.

That’s great except for the fact that it is only open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday – which explains why I have never been there.
