Worth visiting!
A tip I have about this place
It’s okay. The old airport was surrounded by homes and people complained about the jet noise, so in response they built the new airport in the middle of nowhere. Just getting into Denver takes a long bus ride or pricey cab trip. Some day there will be a light rail line, but don’t hold your breath.
Once you get past security you can hop between the terminals, but they are all physically separated from each other and the only way to go between them is by using the underground tram.
This isn’t the best airport for food and your options are pretty limited (hope you like McD’s). Most of the stores are clustered in the middle of the terminal, but you’ll find a couple of shops scattered among the gates, and these often have much shorter lines. Terminal B is the largest of the three and has the most in terms of shops and restaurants.
There’s a bridge that connects Terminal A with the main concourse. There’s a security checkpoint on the bridge, and sometimes the line there is shoter than for the security checkpoint in the concourse.
It can get cold at night, even in the summer.
They have the most annoying airport PA in the world. There are constant warnings about unattended bags and suspicious people. Bring earplugs.
