sheffield is far better, (you get far less men in suits searching bins, some (ok only some) pubs are up-to-date, parents battering children is fairly rare). Also at least it attempts culture ;)

Doncaster on the other hand strugles to open a much needed college despite being given £90m+ and the biggest concern in the press concerning it openning was putting up yet more CCTV cameras due to high cases of violent street crime, where Doncaster already has the highest CCTV coverage outside of London…

Doncaster and culture is surely an anathema? (or maybe I’m just biased)
