Went to this place on my way to Rodanthe. Also, went nude on it’s beaches, I think it was at road marker 12.

You could go nude on this beach? Really?! I thought it’s against the law to go nude on any beaches in the U.S.? :)

YES!
It is illegal to be nude in NC, however, that doesn’t stop people. However, you can go topless in NC. The rangers drive patrol every 15- 20 minutes, if that much. Everyone is so laid-back, including the Rangers.
