Worth visiting!
I love the people and vibe of Vancouver, and then got taken away to Vancouver Island. I am dissapointed I had to leave.
Fortunately, I have been there a few times for various conferences, and will go again in a heartbeat if the opportunity presentes itself.

I’ll be in the hood Feb 8-15 for Northern Voice and hanging out with colleagues at UBC and elsewhere. How would I get to Okanagan? How far? I am deciding too about jumping over to Victoria to meet up woth Scott Leslie.

It’s a bit of a pain to get to from Vancouver in winter, at least compared to Victoria. Four-hour drive east-northeast of the city.
