But I’m out of cheers right now, sorrry, ma’am.
How much is a ticket by air from Glasgowor for that matter, from Heathrow?
Yes, I know, you do not look like a travel agent. Just wondering if you by chance knew, or could tell me how to get there from Edinburgh.
I wish you a Happy New Year, ma’am.

Edinburgh
Flying is very expensive as there is only one airline that goes there, British Airways. Last time I flew from Inverness it cost £80, from Edinburgh or Glasgow it is a few hundred pounds. There is definitely a flight from Edinburgh, which stops off at Inverness. I find it’s cheapest to get the train to Aberdeen then fly, but it may be cheaper to sail from either Aberdeen or Scrabster. Have a look at www.visitorkney.com for further info.
Hope it helps.
