I don’t even like cold weather, but Colorado is absolutely breath-taking. I first visited Colorado Springs about 12 years ago, and hubby and I were in Ft. Collins (to do the Odell and New Belgium breweries) and Beaver Creek last winter – that’s actually where he proposed :)
