Blue C is my after-work stop, literally—that is the original Fremont location. My exiting bus drops me off directly across the street from it. It’s always tempting to just go there, wolf down some avocado maki, deep fried tofu rolls, vegetable tempura, potato croquets, and sesame noodles—all within minutes and no waiting (which helps if you’re a party of one.) I agree that this isn’t five star sushi, but I don’t think the place pretends it’s a five star restaurant. I just wish people would stop coming here en masse with families, and just use it for its basic function—a “get some sushi quickly then getdafuggouttahere!” type place. :)
