one of my biggest reasons for going is to meet the people that live there, i have had the pleasure of talking to a few online and let me tell you they are all so (i hate to put them in a categorey but,)openminded and sencere “they” know what they want and seem to be very educated.

it a site where you can put up your profile and then “host” familes can view it and invite you to stay with them while you are in thier country free of charge.
i think i might highly consider that option surely if you can get over the risk’s involve it might allow you to experence life in France the way a resident might.
