Nee, Behind the Empress Hotel is a bus terminal that does tours. You can take one of these busses to the Gardens. We didn’t take the bus there, but we did take the bus up the island to catch the ferry to Vancouver.There is a resturant about 1/2mile from the Inner Harbor called Canoe (I think that is how it’s spelled) that serves the best fish and chips. I was only in Victoria for 10 days but I remember everything about it. Hopefully I will get back some day. Hope this helps, Karen (blondiewoman)
