Every kids dream! by jenlyn114

Well I am still the kid dreaming — most say it just isnt the same when you grow up – but i am not sure about that – i think when i finally get to go i will have more fun than i would have as a child — and my plan is to vist disney world and cinderella’s castle there and then visit the real castle in Germany that inspired it.

I totally agree!

I went as a 20-something recently, and hadn’t been for over 10 years before that. Not only did I enjoy all the more “thrilling” rides more, I still got to act like a kid fighting with real kids over character picture opps, waving liek crazy to characters at parades… and not to mention actually finding epcot center interesting, haha!

Also as an older person, you get to appreciate the food so much better. There are some wonderful sit down restaurants there (both at the theme parks and the resorts- but you don’t need to stay at the hotel to eat there) that have real high quality food.

definitely go for it!!! only thing is that it is super expensive sigh

Disney World Rocks!

Jenlyn trust me, I lived in FL. my whole life and I went as child and my last time going was when I was 12. I went back last December in the first week, it had been 10 years since (I was 22) and I LOVED IT! Trust me it gets better as you get older. True it is very expensive and DO NOT GO IN THESUMMER (way to hot & crowded) but try going when it’s cooler like the first week in DEC, or in JAN when the kids go back to school, then lines will be shorter and there is cooler weather to keep you going longer. I recommend staying at the resorts, you get soooo many great perks and they really take care of you! It is like going to another world! I have already gone 4 times this year and I am planning my next trip out there again. Go to their website and request a FREE Vacation Planner DVD and then plan your awesome trip to the Wonderful World Of Disney.
