This is one of the most beautiful places
I worked on a mission trip in La Romana. The Good Samaritian Hospital. This hospital helps thousands of people each year.

I did a similar mission trip
My brother-in-law helped build that hospital, while I mainly was in a village helping to build a school house. Beautiful place though, the people and the views.
