Worth visiting!

"pumping gas"

I drove from Washington DC to Boston and back, passing through New Jersey both times. What I saw outside New York was industrial and very smelly. The southern part by Delaware is nice.

I don’t like the fact you can’t pump your own gas. The prices were cheap ($3.17) but the wait was too long. Also, It felt very lazy having someone put gas in my car.

gas stations

Here all gas station have people putting the gas in the cars. Sometime ago, the stations tried to let the clients put by themselves, but some protests happened for the many people who were unempolyed for this reason. To me, it’s a thing I don’t matter to do or not, so, it’s better to keep the people’s jobs. But I think the self-service should be a normal thing in a country that has less problems with poor people.

"lots of poor"

We have lots of poor people in the United States. We just hide them better than most other countries.

Philadelphia

I’m from New Jersey, though I have lived in Philadelphia for awhile now since leaving home, but it is just across the river so of course I’m always going back to visit my family. I am from the “southern part”, I feel like many people from far away forget it exists. Anyway I’m so used to one not being able to pump their own gas that it is weird to me when one has to, heh.
