I live In Telford and I think Shropshire is a beautiful county. It all depends on what you are looking for. It has beautiful scenery and some fantastic places, if you want hill walking, theres the Long Myndd in Church Stretton, There is Wenlock Edge, Rodgers Pillar, lots of lovely places. If you want to do museums and local interest then you can visit Ironbridge, nearby there also Brigenorth which is lovely, you can ride up the tram to Upper Town. Its not that far to visit Birmingham and Wolverhampton, there are also lots of National Trust places to visit and Wales with all its beautiful,dramatic scenery is half an hour away. Shrewsbury is also very nice to visit both for shopping and doing a local interst tour of the Castle and all the medievael shops and little streets.

I live in Telford and it’s brilliant!I attend Ercall Wood Technology College of which I am proud! There is so much to do in this lovely town – there’s something for everyone without a doubt!
C’mon visit Telford it maybe modern but it is definitely worth a visit.
